Custom sensor designs

Customer-specific touch sensors in shape, size, border design and active area – including round, perforated and large-format touch surfaces (up to 75″).

Lamination with cover glass

Industrial-grade, high-precision bonding of PCAP sensor and cover glass in the cleanroom – followed by autoclaving for maximum optical quality and adhesion.

Integrated functional films

  • UV filters (e.g. 99% @ 365 nm)
  • IR filters
  • Safety / shatter protection films (e.g. according to IK specification)
  • Anti-glare / anti-reflective / anti-fingerprint / 3A coatings

Black panel effect (polariser tuning)

By using matched polariser stacks, displays can be optically integrated into the front when switched off – ideal for “hidden-until-lit” designs.

Touch wheel / dial function on glass surface

Integration of capacitive dial wheels directly into closed glass surfaces – intuitive, wear-free operation without mechanical buttons.

Touch controller & OS compatibility

We work with leading controller solutions such as EETI, ILITEK and AXIOM and tune firmware precisely to your requirements:

  • Operating temperature range: −30 °C to +85 °C
